Michael Vick's apology. .. meh

It started out pretty good, but he like many others who publicly embarrass themselves "found Jesus". We all know why people "Find Jesus" in times like this. It's because it's a play to people's faith based sympathies. Period. It's no measure of atonement to claim some belief in a supreme being when you are pressured. He did not specifically address the thing he was charged with and plead guilty to. He skipped it. He should have come out and denounced dog fighting (edit: he barely mentioned it) and betting and killing the animals. This is no apology, this was an attempt to win back peoples hearts. He screwed up and now he can claim he's a spiritual man and tug at all the people who believe in such rubbish.
